Sometimes circumstances outside of a rider’s control can cause a delay. Where we can, we will always try and proactively call you if we become aware that your order might not arrive within the estimated time of delivery, and our team will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Your rider will always try to call you if there’s an issue once they reach your delivery address. If they’re unable to contact you, our Customer Service team will try and reach you via phone and email. Please check your emails during the delivery time for any updates.

Tiqbuy understands that situations may arise when you have to cancel or modify your orders. We have a Policy in place for refund and/or cancellations. However, this Policy also comes with certain terms; sometimes, you may not simply cancel your food or ticket order at any time without some form of payment. Here are some of the conditions.
1.2. For you to be entitled to a refund in respect of a cancelled purchase, you must return the original ticket.
1.3. In the case where the person for whom or for whose benefit an order was placed will not be able to attend the event due to hospitalization or death, the cancellation of such a ticket will hold no charge. You need to provide an irrefutable proof in a case as this.

3. If a guest artist or opening act is changed or cancelled, this is not considered as a cancellation of event. Therefore, in such a case, you shall not be entitled to a full refund or exchange.
4. In a case where an event is rescheduled or cancelled, Tiqbuy will do its reasonable best to notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Details of the cancelled event may be posted on our website, and may be sent to you via email or SMS. It is therefore important that you provide us with your correct details when making a purchase.
4.1. If the event is to be rescheduled, you will be offered a ticket for the rescheduled performance.
4.2. If you do not wish to attend a rescheduled event, you will be required to notify us via any of our support channels.
4.3. If the event is only partially cancelled (say one day is cancelled from a multi-day) event, you shall be entitled to a partial refund corresponding to the proportion of the event that was cancelled.
5. Even as a valid ticket holder, you may be ejected from the venue of the event if, in the reasonable opinion of the event organiser or its agents or any contractors appointed by it, or the venue, you are a risk to the safety of any patron and/or may affect the enjoyment of other patrons and/or the running of the event.
6. You may be ejected from the venue of the event if the organiser or its agents, to a reasonable standard, see you as a risk or prone to cause damage or injury. This may include being (or appearing to be) drunk, intoxicated, incapable, under the influence of illegal drugs, under-age, threatening, carrying weapons, and a host of others, depending on the organiser or its agents.
7. Tiqbuy will not accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to any personal property at the event.
8. Tiqbuy will not accept liability for any errors relating to the location of your seat or standing place relative to the stage as indicated on the seating plan prepared for the venue.
9. Tiqbuy will not accept responsibility for the lack or inadequacy of parking space at the venue.
10. Tiqbuy will not accept responsibility for the lack of inadequacy of food and beverages at the event.
11. Tiqbuy will not accept responsibility for the quality of services provided by independent contractors at the venue.
You can cancel or modify your placed order during the confirmation process. One of our representatives will call you to confirm your order within 10 minutes of placing an order online. No cancelations or modifications are accepted after the final confirmation call.
Once the order has been confirmed and has been paid for, there is NO refund.
You have 30 working days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Partial refunds can only be processed at the Cinema up to an hour before the listed showtime. After that time, the Cinema will not be able to process a full refund, but will compensate you with a voucher that can be used at your convenience.
Alternatively, you can perform a self-service refund of your entire order online and then repurchase the correct number of tickets.
