Tiqbuy understands that situations may arise when you have to cancel your ticket orders. We have a Policy in place for refund and/or cancellations. However, this Policy also comes with certain terms; sometimes, you may not simply cancel your ticket order at any time without some form of payment. Here are some of the conditions.
1. You may cancel your purchase of a ticket and return such ticket at any time prior to the scheduled date of the event for which you bought the ticket. You can do this by contacting us through the various means open to you. However, this cancellation is subject to a number of factors.
1.1. If you cancel your purchase and return the ticket within seven days of purchase, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket’s face value. If you cancel after seven days, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket’s face value minus a cancellation fee that depends on when you make the cancellation request or when you return the ticket.
1.2. For you to be entitled to a refund in respect of a cancelled purchase, you must return the original ticket.
1.3. In the case where the person for whom or for whose benefit a ticket was purchased will not be able to attend the event due to hospitalization or death, the cancellation of such a ticket will hold no charge. You need to provide an irrefutable proof in a case as this.

2. Tiqbuy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event at any time due to circumstances beyond our control. In an event where we alter the programme of an event, we shall not be obligated to refund any ticket money or exchange your ticket.
3. If a guest artist or opening act is changed or cancelled, this is not considered as a cancellation of event. Therefore, in such a case, you shall not be entitled to a full refund or exchange.
4. In a case where an event is rescheduled or cancelled, Tiqbuy will do its reasonable best to notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Details of the cancelled event may be posted on our website, and may be sent to you via email or SMS. It is therefore important that you provide us with your correct details when making a purchase.
4.1. If the event is to be rescheduled, you will be offered a ticket for the rescheduled performance.
4.2. If you do not wish to attend a rescheduled event, you will be required to notify us via any of our support channels.
4.3. If the event is only partially cancelled (say one day is cancelled from a multi-day) event, you shall be entitled to a partial refund corresponding to the proportion of the event that was cancelled.

Even as a valid ticket holder, you may be ejected from the venue of the event if, in the reasonable opinion of the event organiser or its agents or any contractors appointed by it, or the venue, you are a risk to the safety of any patron and/or may affect the enjoyment of other patrons and/or the running of the event.
6. You may be ejected from the venue of the event if the organiser or its agents, to a reasonable standard, see you as a risk or prone to cause damage or injury. This may include being (or appearing to be) drunk, intoxicated, incapable, under the influence of illegal drugs, under-age, threatening, carrying weapons, and a host of others, depending on the organiser or its agents.
7. Tiqbuy will not accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to any personal property at the event.
8. Tiqbuy will not accept liability for any errors relating to the location of your seat or standing place relative to the stage as indicated on the seating plan prepared for the venue.
9. Tiqbuy will not accept responsibility for the lack or inadequacy of parking space at the venue.
10. Tiqbuy will not accept responsibility for the lack of inadequacy of food and beverages at the event.
